    Who decides about the data

    KClub Web maintains Guia Parque Augusta and decides how the site processes personal data. For this reason, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, LGPD), KClub Web is the data controller.

    KClub Web has the CNPJ (Brazilian company registration number) 13.492.134/0001-19 and the website https://www.kclub.com.br/. In this policy, “the guide” means KClub Web.

    To contact the guide about your data, write to guiaparqueaugusta@gmail.com or use the form at the end of this page.

    What data the site processes

    • Access logs. The site records each request that your browser makes to the site, such as opening a page. The record contains the IP address, the browser, the requested page or file, the page you came from, the date and the time. The IP address is the number that identifies your connection.
    • Visit counts. The guide adds up the visits to each page per day. The counts do not keep the IP address or any other data that identifies you.
    • Searches on the site. The term that you search for on the site goes into the access log. The guide adds up the terms per day, without the IP address. The guide discards terms with @ or with 6 digits in a row, so that it does not keep email addresses or phone numbers.
    • Reports. When you send a report through the form, the guide keeps the type, the text and the page of the report. The report also goes into the access log. The form does not ask for your name, email address or phone number.

    Outside the site, the guide receives the messages that you send to the guide’s email address, with your email address.

    Cookies

    The site does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. The site also does not use analytics tools from other companies.

    The report form stores in your browser the time of your last submissions. The form uses this time to limit reports to 3 per hour. The time stays only on your device.

    What the guide uses the data for

    • Access logs: to comply with the Marco Civil da Internet (the Brazilian Internet Civil Rights Framework), keep the site online, find faults and count visits and searches.
    • Counts and aggregated searches: to know which pages and which topics interest visitors.
    • Reports and messages: to correct the content and answer requests.

    The guide does not sell the data.

    The LGPD permits the processing of personal data only with a legal basis. The guide uses the bases below.

    • Keeping the access logs for 6 months: compliance with the Marco Civil da Internet, art. 15 (LGPD, art. 7, item II).
    • Counts, searches and maintenance of the site: the guide’s legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 7, item IX).
    • Reports and messages: the guide’s legitimate interest in correcting the content (LGPD, art. 7, item IX).
    • Requests about personal data: compliance with an obligation of the LGPD (art. 7, item II).

    Who else processes the data

    • Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS hosts the site and keeps, in private locations, the access logs and the backup copies of the guide’s database. The AWS servers that the guide uses are in the United States.
    • Google. The guide’s email uses Gmail, from Google. Google keeps the messages that you send to the guide’s email address and can keep the messages outside Brazil.

    When the data goes to servers outside Brazil, the LGPD calls this an international data transfer.

    Apart from AWS and Google, no company receives the data.

    How long the guide keeps the data

    • Access logs: the guide keeps the logs for 6 months (185 days), confidentially, in a private location at AWS. The Marco Civil da Internet (Law No. 12,965/2014, art. 15) requires this retention. After this period, the guide deletes the logs.
    • Counts and aggregated searches: the guide keeps the totals with no time limit, because the totals do not identify who visited or searched.
    • Reports and messages: the guide deletes each report 180 days after the last record.
    • Backup copies: the guide keeps the copies of the database for 30 days. When the guide deletes data from the database, the data is removed from the copies within 30 days.

    Your rights

    The LGPD gives you these rights (art. 18):

    • confirm whether the guide processes data about you;
    • see the data that the guide has about you;
    • correct incomplete, wrong or outdated data;
    • ask the guide to anonymize, block or delete data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed in non-compliance with the LGPD;
    • take your data to another service provider (portability);
    • ask the guide to delete the data processed with your consent;
    • know which companies and public bodies the guide shares the data with;
    • know that you can refuse consent and what happens if you refuse;
    • withdraw your consent;
    • object to processing that does not comply with the LGPD;
    • complain to the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados, ANPD).

    To exercise one of these rights, write to guiaparqueaugusta@gmail.com or use the form at the end of this page. To get a reply, use the email, because the form does not ask for contact details.

    The request is free of charge. The guide replies within the time limits of the LGPD and can ask for information to confirm that the data is yours.

    The site does not ask you to register. After 6 months, the guide no longer has the record of your access.
