Guia Parque Augustaindependent neighborhood guide

    Legal notice

Guia Parque Augusta is an independent and unofficial website, and each content page shows where the information comes from.

    Updated on

This page is a translation of the Portuguese version. If the two versions differ, the Portuguese version prevails.

    Independent and unofficial website

The site is not the official website of Parque Augusta. The guide does not speak on behalf of the park administration or of the places and events that the guide shows.

The guide checks the information before publication. Even so, opening hours, prices and schedules can change after the check. The guide does not guarantee that any information remains correct after the check date.

Before you go, confirm the information on the official channel of the place or the event.

    Where the information comes from

The information comes from public sources, such as official websites and profiles, and from the guide’s visits to the places. Each content page shows the sources and the date of the last check. The park pages use facts from official sources.

The guide does not copy text from other websites.

    Where the photos come from

The photos on the site are the guide’s own or have a license for use. The caption of each photo shows the author and the license. The guide does not use images from other websites without a license.

Before publishing a photo, the guide blurs faces and car license plates and deletes the location from the file. The guide publishes photos of the inside of a place only with the permission of the person responsible for the place.

If you appear in one of the guide’s photos and want the photo removed, ask on the Corrections page.

Event promotional photos belong to their authors. The guide removes a photo on the same day at the request of the author or the venue.

    Map

The map uses data from OpenStreetMap, © OpenStreetMap contributors, under the Open Database License (ODbL). The map design uses Protomaps, an open-source map system.

The walking minutes and the 5-minute and 10-minute rings are the guide’s estimates. The calculation uses the streets and paths of OpenStreetMap and a walking speed of 5 km/h.
